This is a
brand new adventure that has been brought to us and that we shall be happy to share with you.
A range of clothing especially designed for little
ones from 2 to 8 years old.
Pretty much inspired by both my origins : Japanese and
French.
I favour a sober silhouette comfortable and refined.
By essence, children are in constant movement and
clothing should not restrain its body motion .
I design clothes that respect their evolution in time,
and their "joie de vivre", whilst still allowing them to look good, and move about
with elegance.
Concerning my choice of raw material, I favour the
most natural raw materials, cotton, wool, linen, silk…
All of my clothes are exclusively handmade in France.
MAYAKO offers unique clothes and limited series. We
mean to offer a one of a kind way to stimulate creativity with lots of choices
all the way through seasons, because this adventure has to remain fun to
realize and wear (it must go both ways ?).
